Social Science Research and Publications

The social science research team is committed to the highest standards of research excellence through multidisciplinary and theoretically-driven qualitative and quantitative investigations. The goal of the research arm of the AGEP Engineering Alliance is to enhance the quality and use of social science evidence that aids in increasing the number of African American, Indigenous, and Latinx engineering postdoctoral scholars who transition successfully into tenure-track faculty positions. The social science research team disseminates finding to the public through journal publications, conference proceedings, and presentations.
